Subprocessor Change Notification

How We Notify You

If we add a new subprocessor or make material changes to existing subprocessors, we will:

  • • Update this page with the new information
  • • Send email notification to account administrators at least 30 days in advance
  • • Provide details about the subprocessor's purpose and data processing activities

Your Right to Object

If you object to a new subprocessor, please contact us at support@adfynx.com within 30 days of notification. We will work with you to find an alternative solution or, if not possible, allow you to terminate your subscription without penalty.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: No. Each subprocessor only has access to the specific data needed to perform their service. For example, our email provider only sees email addresses and email content, not your advertising data.
